How To Read These Ranges
Prices vary with plot size, site access, material grade, and design complexity. Ranges below are AED starting points for typical Dubai villa or small commercial projects — always confirmed after a free, no-obligation site visit and detailed proposal.
Payment Flexibility
Flexible Payment Options For Larger Projects
Full garden transformations, pool builds and estate-wide contracts represent a real investment, so we structure payment around your project's milestones rather than asking for everything upfront.
Staged Deposit Payments
A modest deposit secures your design and materials, with the balance split across key construction milestones so you only pay for work as it's completed.
Installment Plans
For larger villa gardens and swimming pool projects, we can arrange a monthly installment schedule agreed in writing before work begins, with no hidden interest.
Corporate & HOA Invoicing
Hotels, developers and HOA communities can settle through standard corporate invoicing cycles, with maintenance contracts billed monthly or quarterly.
Exact payment terms are confirmed in your written quote after the free site visit — just mention your preference to your designer and we'll build it into the proposal.
Financing Support
Bank & Financing Partners For Bigger Builds
For full villa transformations, pool builds, and multi-phase commercial contracts, we work alongside common UAE financing routes so a project you want doesn't have to wait on cash flow.
UAE Bank Personal Finance
Many clients fund larger garden and pool projects through a personal finance facility with their own UAE bank. We provide the itemised quote, invoicing, and project documentation most banks ask for.
Corporate & Developer Leasing
Developers, hotels and HOA communities can route landscaping and maintenance contracts through their existing corporate leasing or capital expenditure financing arrangements.
Our Direct Installment Plans
For projects that don't fit a bank product, our own staged installment plan can bridge the gap with no third-party approval process or interest.

How To Actually Use This Pricing Guide
What A Real Landscaping Quote Looks Like
A proper quote from us is broken into line items, not a single number at the bottom of a page. You will see a design or site-visit fee if one applies, a materials line separated by category (planting, turf, paving, irrigation hardware), a labour line, and any equipment hire such as a crane for mature tree planting or a compressor for hardscape work. We itemise it this way on purpose. If a contractor hands you one lump figure with no breakdown, you have no way to tell whether you're paying a fair price for stone versus labour, or whether corners are being cut somewhere you can't see. Ask any landscaper for a line-by-line breakdown before you sign anything, ours included.
The Costs Most Quotes Leave Out
The ranges on this page cover the work itself, but a handful of site-specific factors can add to the final number and rarely get mentioned upfront. Difficult access — a villa with a narrow side gate that means materials have to be hand-carried rather than wheeled in — adds labour hours. Removing an old, failing irrigation system or breaking out existing concrete before new work can begin is its own line item, not part of the new installation. Some communities also charge a contractor access or works permit fee, which we pass through at cost rather than marking up. We flag every one of these during the site visit, before you commit to anything, so the number you approve is the number you actually pay.
Getting The Best Value, Not Just The Lowest Price
The cheapest quote on a landscaping job is almost never the best value, and after fifteen years watching what happens to gardens built on the lowest bid, we mean that literally rather than as a sales line. A lower price usually means thinner soil preparation, younger and smaller plant stock, or an irrigation system with fewer zones than the planting actually needs — all savings that show up as dead beds and a failing lawn within a year. When you're comparing quotes, ask what soil amendment is included, what plant sizes are being quoted, and whether the irrigation is zoned by plant type. Those three questions usually explain most of the price gap between two proposals for the same garden.
